By the time Dave pulled into the small town every hotel room was taken. He finally pulled up to the very last hotel and went into the office. "You've got to have a room somewhere" he pleaded." -- Or just a bed - I don't care where." "Well, I do have a double room with one occupant," admitted the manager," and he might be glad to split the cost. But to tell you the truth, he snores so loudly that people in adjoining rooms have complained in the past. I'm not sure it'd be worth it to you." "No problem," the tired travelers assured him. "I'll take it." The next morning Dave came down to breakfast bright-eyed and bushy tailed. "How'd you sleep?" asked the manager. "Never better." The manager was impressed. "No problem with the other guy snoring, then?" "Nope, I shut him up in no time" said Dave. "How'd you manage that?" asked the manager. "He was already in bed, snoring away, when I came in the room," Dave explained." I went over, gave him a kiss on the cheek, said, 'Goodnight, beautiful,' and he sat up all night watching me."

An old lady sits on her front porch, rocking away the last days of her long life, when all of a sudden, a fairy godmother appears and informs her that she will be granted three wishes.''Well, now,'' says the old lady, ''I guess I would like to be really rich.''*** POOF *** Her rocking chair turns to solid gold.''And, gee, I guess I wouldn't mind being a young, beautiful princess.''*** POOF *** She turns into a beautiful young woman.''Your third wish?'' asks the fairy godmother. Just then the old woman's cat wanders across the porch in front of them. With a smile that makes her knees weak, he saunters across the porch and whispers in her ear, ''Bet you're sorry you had me neutered.''


A little boy runs across this farmer who has a truckload of cow manure. The boy asks him what he is going to do with all that cow poop. The farmer tells the little boy, ''I'm taking it home to put on my strawberries.''The little boy looks up at the farmer and says, ''I don't know where you come from, but where I come from we put cream and sugar on our strawberries.'''

Today is jessica's burthday...we went pyramid to hang out. I went there around 1 sumthin and had lunch in manhattan fish market. Chae yin, Mei Peng, Tiffany and Edbert were with us for lunch. They cant wait to go down to the skating rink while i was quite nervous coz it's my first time skating..lolx. i changed into the skating shoes and try to stand and walk...hmmm(quite easy) but it's actually quite hard to walk on the ice. I was sticked to the side all the time. Thanks so much to chae yin,jessica,mei peng for teaching me...luv you all ^^.Ching Yee, Jian Hao and Wei Liong join us around 3 sumthin after their classes. Everyone enjoy skating (for me...not really..quite panic to fall-fall down once). Anyway,"wei liong, ur jokes are so cold"..hahhha. Met xian wei and his boyfriend. "ah xiao,remember tot each me german o". Chae Yin,Ching Yee and i stop skating and went to help clement buy a bra for jessica as present. We went to parkson and picked the largest cup size *Ah Ma Big Size Bra* for her..lolx. We went back to the rink and ask her to come out to get her prezzie..and her expression was so shocked and funny when she received it.Hhahahaa. Chae Yin and i left from pyramid to wait for the bus back to kelana jaya.We waited for so long ..it's like 30 minutes...feeling tired and sleepy while waiting. Got home and now i m feeling sick .

What Happens When You're Scared?
Have you ever wondered why being scared makes your heart beat faster and makes you breathe quicker? The body's reaction to fear is called the "fight or flight" response. And people have had it since the beginning of time.Here's how it works. Imagine you're a caveman or cavewoman alive 100,000 years ago — and you come face to face with a hungry saber-toothed tiger. You have two choices:
1) Run for it (that's flight), or
2) pick up your club and battle with the tiger (that's fight).
3)(be eaten) doesn't seem like such a good one!

Today, you can apply fight or flight to that bully who confronts you and won't listen to reason. You have two choices:
1) Turn and walk away (flight),
2) fight, even though you know fighting won't solve the problem.

To prepare for fight or flight, you body does a number of things automatically so it's ready for quick action or a quick escape. Your heart rate increases to pump more blood to your muscles and brain. Your lungs take in air faster to supply your body with oxygen. The pupils in your eyes get larger to see better. And your digestive and urinary systems slow down for the moment so you can concentrate on more important things.

What Is Anxiety?
Usually, our bodies go into fight or flight only when there is something to fear. However, sometimes this occurs when there doesn't seem to be anything to be frightened about. When you feel scared but there doesn't seem to be a clear reason, that's called anxiety.

There might be other feelings that come along with anxiety — like a feeling of tightness in your chest, a bellyache, dizziness, or a sense that something horrible is going to happen. These feelings can be very frightening. Sometimes anxiety can interfere with things you need to do, like learning and sleeping.

Of course, if you do come face to face with a hungry saber-toothed tiger, there's just one thing you should do . . . RUN!

yesterday was amazing..i havent shop like this for so long already.My dad got discount vouchers from his friend.My sisters and i was crazy picking and trying on clothes.We put the clothes at the side of the counter and continue picking...My mum said she was hungry so she left us in the store and went for tea time with my younger sister.After hours..i finish picking clothes and wait for my dad to pay..my mum took out the voucher and the cashier said that the voucher cannot be used.She said that it's only for normal price and value buy items only...and i was thinking what the heck???every item in the store has discount althought it is new arrival..so that means the vouchers are all useless..lol.My dad said it's ok and he pay the bill,it's like almost RM700..wow,that's quite a lot..i think thats all for my new year clothes.It's almost 10pm after we walk out the store and i can't help walking into studio R to look at all the sport shoes..i was attracted to the red puma shoes. I tried it on and i love it..and i GOT it.Went for supper and go home.
