Due to chinese new year's arrival, my mum and i went to the pastry store to get some ingredients for baking biscuits. My mum had been baking almond biscuits or cookies for years to give it away to family and friends. One of my favourite type of cookie. It taste really good but go straight to the arse..lolx. we went there to get the ingredients...we got everything that we needed but the most important and main ingredient..anchor powder!!! The owner said that she bought a lot and the stock were sold out fast. We went to another shop to buy it. Later on that day, i feel like making jelly.Took out the pack of jelly powder,measured the water i need and realised that pack of jelly powder was already expired : 03.01.2005 !!!! O_O i yelled out "mum!!!!how can u keep it for two bloody years and not using it at all?" ..get disappointed and cut some oranges and sat down to watch tv... =.="
